Your PSU belongs to the Extreme series CM power supplies which is not very good, it has claimed efficiency of 70% under load. I highly recommend you get a +80 certified bronze PSU from XFX or Antec or EVGA or Seasonic.

Yes Your PC Can Run Those Games On High.
You Have Some Very Consuming Components So I Will Recommend You To Upgrade Your PSU To 650 Watts.
You Have High End Components So I Will Also Recommend You To Place 3-4 Fans Before Playing Heavy Games.
If Your Budget Is A Little Low , I Will Recommend You To Buy 3 X Cooler Master Sickle Flow LED Fans. They Are Good Looking And Are Good At Keeping Your PC Cool.
BTW You Can Run Those Games.
Hope This Helped.

That is kind of an old deserted thread but anyway, he doesn't need a 650 watts PSU to run his system, that is actually is too much, a good quality 500 watt certified Bronze or higher will do the job. Also Sickle flow fans are rather noisy especially as intake units, so 3 of them running in a case at full load will sound like a nightmare, If he does feel like he needs better cooling for his case he can use The Corsair air series AF 120 mm twin pack performance edition, they may not be that quite as well but I believe they are quieter than the sickle flow fans.
