Does my Motherboard support this Graphics Card?

Hey guys! Building a new PC and just wanted to know that if the graphics card I chose supports my Motherboard.
Here the are:

Because PCIe 3.0 cards have backward compatibility with PCI 2.0 slots. It will adjust itself to that specification. You are covered here. What PSU do you have?

But cards requires PCI 3.0 and Mobo has 2.0 :/ not that I am doubting you but you sure? And how do you get to know if its compatible?
