Adding graphic card

I have gigabyte Ga-G31M-ES2L Mother board. It is connected to a 200W power supply. Can I connect a graphic card to it? Please suggest me some in a range of Rs3500

I can't think of any GPU that would be considered a upgrade that can run on a 200w PSU. You'd have get get another power supply as well, then find a GPU that will fit on that board.
