BSOD's give an error message that helps diagnose the problem. Without that code, there's nothing to help you with.

Here is the report : crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\031514-28672-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: atikmpag.sys (atikmpag+0xAE80)
Bugcheck code: 0x116 (0xFFFFFA8006FA42C0, 0xFFFFF880052F5E80, 0x0, 0x2)
Error: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\atikmpag.sys
product: AMD driver
company: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
description: AMD multi-vendor Miniport Driver
Bug check description: This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: atikmpag.sys (AMD multi-vendor Miniport Driver, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.).
Google query: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. VIDEO_TDR_ERROR

Yes, sounds like it's your video card.

Is this an older card that used to work? If so, then the most common cause is that it is now starting to overheat.
* If so, have you cleaned out the dust? Does the fan still run pretty fast during games ... or does it no longer run fast enough to keep the card cool?

* Another thing you can do is check the actual temperatures of the card to see if it is overheating related.
Get this program and keep an eye on the temperatures as you game:
http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/
Just before a crash, how high does it get?

If you have an MSI card, this program might be better to use:
http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm

* Another thing to consider is that this is a software error. Try removing the drivers, re-dowloading them from AMD and then re-installing them. Alternatively, maybe Windows itself could have gotten corrupted (but less likely).

* Or, is this a new card? If so.

It's the driver for your GPU. This is a common issue with unstable overclocks. Using a program like MSI Afterburner, reduce your core and memory clocks by 25mhz.
