Switching Between Dual Monitors Whilst Fullscreen Gaming?

My setup consists of dual monitors, with me playing games in full screen on my 27" monitor, and having my 24" monitor for separate applications like Steam, Spotify and Skype. The problem is, I have an Nvidia GPU with ShadowPlay (lets me record gameplay), and the only way this records is when the game is full screen, as opposed to windowed or borderless windowed. Usually when I'm in games I like to quickly move my cursor over to my second monitor and back to the game without delay, which can be achieved using windowed borderless. However, as I mentioned before, I cannot record gameplay with ShadowPlay using this method.

Any suggestions or ways around this? It's just very annoying having to Alt+TAB out the game every time I want to use my second monitor, causing a black screen to appear for 2-3 seconds.

Thanks

I believe there isn't any way around it as ShadowPlay acts as its own separate capture card. It captures the signal going to the monitor rather than recording what's on screen, as why it sometimes crashes when alt + tabbing.

You're just gonna have to hope they release an update to allow this, (don't know how they will).

This plagues sli users with an accessory monitor as well. I've heard of software that allows you to move to an adjacent monitor ala a hot key system without losing the main screen. Unfortunately I don't have the name handy.

I'll repost if I can dig it up. Gonna be testing out as many solutions as I can find myself. I have 4 Titans which I can't use because I play mmorpgs and having access to voice chat and the web etc is all but mandatory. That leaves me running borderless and losing sli and fps or full screen but losing use of my accessory display.
