Ok, this might sound kind of weird, but I took out the Kraken x60 and cleaned it with an air compressor. Everything seemed fine. I installed it back in my case, and when I turned on the PC, I saw a small spark and it smelled a little burned. I checked my components. My PSU, the CPU, and the waterblock/pump. Everything seemed fine. When I tried to turn it on again, the pump wasn't working, so the CPU was at a really high temp. This might sound kind of weird, but yesterday I took the Waterblock/Pump off the CPU to see if anything was wrong, I installed it again, and the pump was working. The same thing happened today. I tested the CPU fan header and everything is working. Do you guys have any ideas of what it is?

My PC's Specs:
CPU: i7 4770K
CPU Cooler: Kraken x60
MOBO: Asus Maximus VI Formula
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB 1600Mhz
PSU: Corsair RM850
GPU: 2 GTX 770s SLI

Maybe static? you dont have to take it off your CPU to clean it, the only thing need cleaning is the radiator and fans.
