My pc Specs:
~Intel Core i7 4960X 4GHZ LGA 2011 Processor
~Corsair H100i Cooler
~ASUS RAMPAGE IV BLACK EDITION
~32GB(8gbx4gb) 2400MHZ Quad Channel Ram
~500GB+1TB+2TB HDDS 7200RPM
~Cooler Master Stryker Chasis
~1gbGTX 560Ti Graphics Card
~Corsair TX 850W PSU

So I bought this PC just 2 week ago but only problem I am having is this Corsair Link.....I tried to install Drivers From corsair Website but no Solution.

I did the following methods:
*Removed all USB headers and Only put the Corsair link cable and turned on the pc!
*Did registry check and fix
*All Windows updates Done
*Used a software called Driver Navigator nothing worked sadly

So wat is the solution to Link The Corsair H100i? and if somehow this does not links the H100i with the Mobo at all...will there be any heat Issue? And also I am using ASUS AI suite3 + 4 way optimization Tools, which runs the fans for time being....is there a risk? even though my temps are at 40degrees...

no, the corsair link is used for the info about the temperature of the system, fan control, and turning the pump light on/off.

the link cables are very fragile!... be very careful but the sockets for the cables break easily (all of the cable sockets broke on my h100i) so i am using the bios for fan control.

easiest solution careful remove all cables from the h100i, and using the manual, slowly reconnect the cables.
then reinstall the software from the corsair site... before you connect the usb cable from the h100i pump to the computer; then connect the usb cable to the computer. if you are using win 7 that should work. when win 8 was released i tried the H100i but Windows 8 had problems with the USB connection... i would have to assume that the problems with win8 and the h100i have been solved.

hard solution, reinstall a clean version of windows, only install the drivers, NO other program (that drive navigator software might be adware).
disconnect the usb cable from h100i install drivers from the corsair site (lastest ones)...

if these solutions don't help go to the corsair their website and ask for support in the forums...

wow such a late reply from me! Sorry! but to solve this wat i did had was very unexpected!
To all people who visit this page The problem is very weird, who are facing this problem please read what i am about to say!

~Problem is H100i with the ASUS Rampage IV Black Edition owners like mine will face incompatibility with the default USB Header for some Driver reasons I guess....

The Solution is to use a differnt USB 2 Type header and connect it from back of the USB Port! Got it

BUY this Solve the problem (if default USB cables for Corsair H100i never work with your ASUS Board this is the possible way as I solved it in the same way)
