Im going to get gtx 460, my friend has 2xpci-e that come out his PSU looks like this:http://kablammo.strongerthandeath.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/six-pin.JPG

I dont have pci-e from my psu so I went to buy 2 x molex to pci-e adapters. they look like this:http://www.pgcomputercomponents.co.uk/ekmps/shops/pgccshop/images/dual-molex-to-pci-express-6-pin-power-connector-392-p.jpg

as you can see mine has 1 pin empty. is it going to make any change?

Solution
Get a new power supply with proper 6pin cables. The problem is not that a pin is missing.
GTX 460 requires up to 160W.
molex-es can supply 40w and dual molex will not raise the wattage above that.
PCIE slot supplies 75W
You can get maximum of 75 + 40 + 40 = 155
Most probably the card will not start.
If it starts - the system will be unstable under load.
