This is my setup

asus maximus v formula
asus matrix hd7970
i7 3770k
corsair h100i
corsair gs 128 ssd
2 tb hard drive

I have seasonic 850w is it ok with this setup?

yep 850 maybe high for your build but it is good. just assure that your PSU has 40+ amps on the 12v rail so HD 7970 would work fine
