**UPDATE**
Would a r9 290X card be better for this system?

I'm about to order this:

Corsair Carbide 200R Komplett Edition
Corsair RM650, 650W PSU
AMD FX-8320 Black Edition
Corsair H55 Hydro Series CPU Kylare
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P, Socket-AM3+
Kingston DDR3 HyperX 1600MHz 8GB
MSI GeForce GTX 780 Gaming 3GB PhysX
Samsung DVD Writer, SH-224DB
Crucial M500 SSD 2.5" 120GB

It is a prebuilt package(that i can configure a bit on the builders website).
Questions:
* Should i go with the FX-8320 or get the FX-8350?
* I can remove the watercooler from the build to save money. Should i get it or not?
* Will a FX-8320 be a bottleneck for the GTX-780?

Is this a decent gaming system?

Solution
Fx 8320 or fx 8350 will definetely bottleneck gtx 780 in games like bf4 if not overclocked. DEFINETELY. I have r9 270 and fx 8320 at 4.5ghz bottlenecks it sometimes in bigger maps or when huge explosions occur and drops gpu usage to ~80%. If you are picking such a high end graphics card I suggest you going for intel or picking r9 290 (without x) and using mantle with it instead. Btw why would you cheap out on motherboard? You should go for m5a97 evo r2 instead if you want a good and cheap motherboard. Oh, and btw, you can make your build a bit cheaper by going with a bit cheaper psu, I think hybrid modular would be more adequate solution for your build and 650w should be plenty for your setup so dont worry :). Good luck.

It is ok. I use an 8350, and if you ever want to over clock, get the water cooler. They are very quiet. The 8350 is with it for the price. I decided it was when I did my build. The 780 would use some CPU to run on the 8320. In the future, you might want a little bigger PSU.
