My personal preference would change the MB to an ASUS Z87-A (or similar board in that same line), the PSU to a Seasonic gold rated unit, and HD to a Seagete offering, but you are in good shape.

I see you have Microcenter listed here... Check out their combo prices to save on the budget. For example, the ASUS Z87-A and i5-4670k lists for a combo price of $295.

if this is for gaming, try to squeeze in a 780. other than that, its about as good as can be for $1150. you may be able to shave off a little on your mobo, ssd, and case to afford a 780.

I wouldn't recommend you CX line PSU's they are crappy and really overpriced! Look for XFX or Seasonic PSU's
