Possibly you have to uninstall the on-board drivers, since they are AMD.
Check the BIOS for first graphics card settings, also.
Some boards have no setting, and it is auto, and others have 1 or 2 settings in the BIOS.
Are you sure the card is good.
Try it in another computer.
