Have to agree with everyone. 500w is fine for 7770. You may want to fork out a little more coin for a higher watt psu and bronze+ rating or higher so you don't have to buy another psu next time you upgrade your gpu though.
IMHO, it's always a mistake to use the lowest wattage PSU possible. I never load my PSUs past 50% of rated wattage. The extra cost up front is an insurance policy to me. Heat & stress are the enemy of all electronic components and PSUs are no exception. Using the smallest possible PSU is like running your car down the freeway in first gear. It will work for a while but it will die prematurely.

Seasonic makes quality PSUs I use them myself but what I'm talking about has nothing to do with the quality of the unit or the components. No matter how high the quality they can be over stressed. Believe me, I do this for a living.
