What is the Cheapest GPU I can buy that can play all games that are out right now, I'm ok with low graphics settings. But say I want to play titanfall, what is the lowest I can get away with?

The 650 and 650ti will be hard to find in stock. I'd go with the newer 750 or 750ti. They are going to be the best bang for your buck cards at the moment.

GTX 660 OC editions can be had for around $160. That's the best price per performance you're gonna find. Mine plays everything on ultra settings (a couple of the most demanding games have to have 2 or 3 small settings set to high). This is to stay above 45 FPS at all times.

My PSU is 400W so I might need an upgrade sometime soon, I just purchased a Nvidia 8800 Ultra for $40. Would these other options be worth it or should I stay with what I have. Note: I don't want to spend more than $70 at this moment.
