Game recording Hard drive?

so i tried to record some gameplay

my specs

gtx 650 ti
amd 8320
8 gb ram
windows 7

im not sure if its my hard drive or what i record and it says recording at 80 fps but it feels all laggy. and when i go watch the video after the video is all laggy... Help me :/
 
Solution
Try limiting your game framerate to 60Fps to free up resources, double check the recording program is set to 24 or 30Fps.
Set the Priority in Task Manager for your recording software to be slightly higher than your game.

Then try again to see if this changes anything. I use Nvidia Inspector to cap the framerate at 60Fps personally.

works like a charm thanks. do u recomend any recording softwares other than fraps?
