Can i run skyrim on ultra with 2k textures on my laptop.
I7-4910MQ quad core 2.90Ghz 8mb cache.
32gb samsung 1600mhz DDR3
NVIDIA Geforce GTX780M 4GB DDR5 VRAM
500GB samsung 840evo ssd.
windows 8 64bit

Your laptop should run that fine. Easily get 60+ FPS.

In fact you'll be able to install the 4k textures mod:

You may want to keep your laptop on a flat surface so it doesn't overheat though.

what was the cost. also how did you get a mobile GPU I didnt think they sold those?

I ordered it online direct from NVIDIA. Total cost was about £2300

Did it come with a MotherBoard. or did you solder it to the board Yourself?

Most if not all laptop cases come with a motherboard, due to there being no industry standard like there is with desktop pc's. Mine came with one.
