I currently have an ASUS P5K LGA 775 MOBO and an NVidia GeForce 9600 GT video card (it has 2 DVI ports) but I am looking to upgrade the video card so that it has an HDMI and DVI connection so that the HDMI can transmit audio. Is this possible? I use a DVI to HDMI adapter but then have to use a mini audio cable to transmit audio. Is there a video card or way to transmit audio via the HDMI port on a new video card?
