I have a 400W power supply that with my builds current setup has an Estimated Wattage of 164W

Will I be able to run a Nvidia 8800 Ultra without the risk of blowing my Powersupply or damaging my GPU?

If I need a new powersupply what's the minimum power that I need and is their a cheap one that has 2 6-pin PCIe cords?

Solution
No need to get me the model numbers. Dynex is a Tier 5 which is a replace immediately. There is no way that it will run the GPI at its high end. At the low end (which is what you are doing) it may last for a while. Expect it to crash the computer though if you ever demand anything close to over 60% with that setup.

Dynex 400W I don't know the exact model number but it only has 1 PCIe port and I have an adapter coming in to make 2 of my 4 pin molex ports into another 6 pin. My CPU is an AMD Athlon X2 340 Trinity 3.2GHz its a 65W CPU

I plugged in the one 6-pin into the GPU and it is running but I know that I need to get the other port running as soon as I can. But if it works right now will it be able to keep working?
and if so for how long?
