My computer no longer has any responses for when I turn it on other than fans and LED lights activate (this does include the gpu and CPU fans). I have a speaker installed, and it no longer beeps after I occurred this annoying problem. This has happened in the past.

My computer last worked about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Before it stopped working, I was getting BSODs that pointed to my memory. I tested my Hard drive and found it to be working perfectly fine so I thought RAM.
I have had this problem before, except that was before I installed my Speaker. What we did to fix it was send an RMA to the MOBO manufacture, and when we reinstalled everything it worked fine.

Basically what happens when I turn on my computer, all it does is activate the fans and lights. It all began when I got tired of the BSODs. I heard from my friend that simply reinstalling my RAM may fix the problem, so I made an attempt. After I tried though, my computer no longer had a display, beep, or post. I originally thought maybe the RAM was the cause of this too, so I sent it back to the manufacture. No luck. With the new RAM they sent to me, it still does not work. I think it is the MOBO, but I wanted to ask you guys first.

Specs:
MOBO: MSI 970A-G46
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7950
CPU: AMD FX 4100
RAM: Corsair CMX8GX3M2A1600C9 XMS3 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 MHz CL9
PSU- Rosewill HIVE-550
OS- Windows 7 Pro.
Hard drive- Unknown (sorry)
Case- Unknown (sorry)

I have tried everything on the list that told me to check over everything before posting this type of post (the sticky one). So I have tried each ram slot with 1 ram, no ram, CMOS clear, and etc. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section, I wasn't sure where to post such a thing.

Just tried turning it on with the gpu, ram, hard drive, and rom drive unplugged. No beeps. I feel like I should try reseating the CPU, but I'm kind of scared to lol (inexperienced at this stuff).
