I am building a budget computer build, and looking at a AMD HD 7790 Graphics card, and I was wondering whether 1024 MB would be fine for memory, or if I should get AMD HD 7770 with 2048 MB of memory? Thanks!
2GB is the standard for modern games. You can get away with 1GB, but don't expect to get high performance out of it. I can tell you right now that games like BF3 and Far Cry 3 love to use 2GB memory.

So would a 7770 with 2GB good or should I use some more money and get a 7790 with 2GBs? Thanks!
it depends on what resolution you will set to be... if you will set to be full HD go along with HD 7790, but if you want 2560x1600 go along with HD 7770...
but, i highly recommend you to go with HD 7790 over 7770 because basically HD 7790 has faster bandwith than HD 7770...
