Hi all was hoping I could get some help with a new computer build. I live in Brisbane Australia and I am very limited to where I can get parts from my main shop i go to is www.umart.com.au so my build will be coming from there my budget is 900-1300 dollars but would like to keep it to the lower end if possible.

So far this is what i have been looking at and if I could get any suggestions on parts change or alterations that would be awesome.

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit OEM $115.00

Thermaltake Tough Power XT 875W Cable Management PSU $158.00

G Skill 8G(2x4G) DDR3 1600MHZ PC3-12800 CL9(8GBXL) $105.00

Thermaltake VN300M1W2N Chaser MK-I Full Tower Case No PSU $165.00

Western Digital Blue 1TB SATA3 HDD 64M Caviar Blue WD10EZEX $66.00

Samsung SATA Black Internal DVD/RW Drive $21.00

AMD FX 6300 6-CORE BLACK EDITION CPU 3.5Hz 95W $149.00

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3-R4 4xDDR3 6xPCI-E/1x PCI /8xSATA3/4 x USB3.0 / GLAN / RAID / ATX $179.00

SAPPHIRE VAPOR-X R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 OC WITH BOOST; 1050 ( Boost 1100) MHz/5800MHz; DVI-I/DVI-D/H $265.00

Total $1223.00

Any help is much appreciated please.

Thank you

Jay

If you are only going to use one graphics card a mb with a 970 chipset will perform identically
Asus M5A97 R2.0 $139
http://www.umart.com.au/pro/products_listnew.phtml?id=10&id2=182&bid=5&sid=100453

Anted 520 HGC PSU $93 will be plenty for your build

Id use Windows 8 64 bit
Its easy to uninstall the stupid fullscreen "apps" and add a start button . Then add a free start button program and have it behave like 7 . You get a better license that lets you re-use it on a different computer when that one gets old

And you could save a lot on your case too .........

DROP $130 more towards your video card and get tons of more gpu power!!! GTX 770 on E-BAY ITEM #201048735921 Australia E-BAY!! Go to : GPUBOSS.COM and compare the r9-270 against the gtx 770. I think you'll be impressed. I was, and after buying the 770 I actually get so distracted by the super graphics and power/fps output I wind up getting killed in game lol!
