Well I Say Asus here are my reasons :

1. Better Cooling
2. Faster
3. Less chance of failing (One of my friends card was DOA)
4. Better Design

The ASUS ROG Poseidon GTX 780 delivers 12% faster game performance than the reference designs. It features a base clock of 954MHz with a boost clock of 1006MHz, 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 memory, 2304 CUDA cores, 2x DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort and more. Backed by a 3 year ASUS warranty.

I dont really trust EVGA.... :) And besides you cant go wrong with ASUS :p

i perfer evga to asus, i have seen problems with asus before, but none with evga. Its not that i dont like asus, i have a sabertooth z77 mobo, just like evga for cards. i have an evga 780 ti superclocked with the reference cooler and it is perfectly fine. runs cool, even overclocked from 1125 to 1249. IMO, go with the evga

It really comes down to what your doing or will do later on. If you are going to watercool later own or you are watercooling them, then the asus 780 all the way. If your just using air cooling and you wont watercool them later on, then the evga will have much better air cooling performance.
