I have a HP Pavilion HPE h8-1216 Desktop PC and I've already upgraded the power supply and the GPU, and my next venture is to switch the case because I wanted to add more cooling options as well as make it look cooler.
The case I have in mind is Guardian 921RB, which has some LED lights and fans in the interior of the case, but since this is my first time actually switching a case, I'm not sure where to plug the fans or LED lights in at (I haven't bought the case yet).
If I'm not able to use LED lights, that okay I'll look for different case.

Well, your motherboard is a micro ATX form factor (Size/Shape of MOBO). Therefore, it will work with any case that supports micro ATX. The case you selected does support this form factor, so your motherboard will fit in it. As for where to plug the LED's in, look at the bottom right of the motherboard, and you will see grid of pins (looks like a black rectangle). The LED's will plug into there respective pins on this grid. as for the fans, they will plug into the same places that your current fans are plugged in (look like white boxes with 3 pins, and your CPU fan connector will have 4 pins). You can also connect your fans to a molex connector on your PSU if you run out of spots on the motherboard.

Hope this helps :D
