Is there a product where you can add more USB ports to one USB, like how you can get an extension cord for a power outlet thats adds 10 more outlets to one? Is that possible? I'm looking at a sick case but it only has 1 USB port, so any help will be thanked!

Do you me 1 front USB because your USB ports are going to come from your motherboard. If you want to expand the number of USB devices you can connect to your computer, you'll want to snag a USB hub. I would select based on the number of devices you can envision actually needing to connect simultaneously on a consistent basis. Usually, a 4-port is more than enough:

The case that i;m looking it only has 1 USB port, thats the problem. Never built a computer before, so can does the amount of USBs in a case matter? Thanks!
