Can i Mix Ripjaws x with my Ripjaws?

Solution
They might not work together. As mentioned the forums are full of threads of people trying to mix DRAM. DRAM comes in a wide variety of sets of sticks, and each set, they test all the sticks to ensure they will work together, thats why say a 4 stick set cost more than 2 two stick sets, it's harder to find 4 sticks that all play well together than it is to pair up to sticks. Also why the DRAM makers, guarantee only by the packaged sets. Often if you have the same freq, timings and voltage they A) might play together, generally with 1600 and under or B) cna be 'helped' to all play nice with voltage and timing adjustments or C) Just won't work together

Maybe, never know, they might or might not, never a good idea to mix sets of DRAM, even of the same exact model....Can try, but no guarantees, the forums are full of people that tried, and had troubles, I've helped many get sets to play together, but there have also been times they just wouldn't play nice
