how to get 5.1 out of turtle beach x42

Hey everyone I hooked up my xbox turtle beach x42 doby 5.1 wireless headphones to my pc. Im having issues getting doby 5.1 out of them..I can only get stereo. Any idea where I could get drivers or anything to get it to work?

if your pc has the realtek audio chipset you have to go under it or windows sound set up and change the speakers from 2.0 to 5.1 or 7.1 in the sound control panel.
