Upgrading my GPU need some advice

Hello this is my pc http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c03353576&lang=en&cc=us&taskId=101&contentType=SupportFAQ&prodSeriesId=5187022 im just wondering whats the best gpu for it and my budget is around $250. Please tell me if my processor is going to bottleneck the video card and if it will fit my case or its not compatible with my mobo. I already bought a psu its Thermaltake TR2 500w.

Your CPU is just fine. As for the cards, the MSI r9 270 would be your best choice. 1. Because its MSI and I'm biased towards them :) 2. Because it beats out the 750ti by a performance score of 25%
