blue screen of death in max payne3

hi , i have installed and played max payne3 for couple of hours, but getting blue screen of death while playing and using normal pc applications . after sometime BSOD became happening every 5 minutes and so i uninstalled the game and pc operates with no problems. i tried re installed the game ,updated the drivers and still it happends BSOD. i am using windows7 ultimate and i want to play this game, is there any way to solve this problem?
my pc config is AMD fx 6300 3.5Ghz, 8GB ram,nvidia gtx550ti, gx 450 w psu
please help!!!!!!!!!

This problem is experienced due to malfunctioning shared DLL registration problems. One or more DLL file stored on your computer has registration issues. What you'll have to do is unregister and reregister the file as shown under:

1. Fire up Command Prompt. To do so, type "Command Prompt" in the search box of your Start menu.
2. Execute below commands-
regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 ole32.dll
regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
regsvr32. Ieframe
3. Reboot the PC.

If the problem continues, you need to scan the whole system and repair all errors detected. This Quick-Fix can be very helpful for this BSOD issue.

Can you give us the stop error code?
Install 'bluescreenview' (it's a program) and check the dump files.
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
For example
BlueScreenView_4.png

Click on the dump file and post back the bug check code. You can also, easily google it and determine the cause.
