i was planning to buy this ram G.Skill Sniper DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR) from flipkart and my mobo GA-970A-DS3P (rev. 1.0)

i asked my friends they told by enabling XMP with it will start working better but while in manual (you can download from website) pg 18 enabling XMP i cannot understand it profile 1 and profile 2 please help ...........
