I have installed an new hard drive after my old one broke. I am trying to install an os on this hard drive that I installed, but when I turn on my laptop all I get is a black screen with an underscore. I have tried installing the new os via usb, but nothing will happen since i cannot access BIOS. I have no clue what happened, but i have tried every which way I could, but could not at all get anything else aside from the black screen mentioned before. My laptop is a TOSHIBA m645 4GB RAM, 500GB NEW HDD
