I have a decent amount of music 40GB or so. I take a lot of photos(External HDD) and I watch a lot of movies and video(youtube).

look at the Toshiba Sattelite line... the AMD based ones are a good bargain, even the 17" models. Touch screen and all inside budget.

this or whatever from page: Toshiba Satellite S75DT-A7330 Laptop

http://www.toshiba.com/us/laptop-finder?family=Satellit...
