So I bought a GTX 770 graphics card and it came with a molex to 8 pin power connector but I never got a 6 pin connector to plug into my graphics card. I thought this was supposed to come with the PSU but my PSU shows me what comes with it on the back and it only comes with 2 PCI-E cables but these cables went to the molex to 8 pin... What do I do?

GPUs don't normally have cords between them and the motherboard, and it's generally better to use straight pci-e connectors from the psu, rather than using adapters from molex. If the psu doesn't provide enough pci-e connectors for your gpu(s), it might not provide enough power to them either.
