Okay so heres the deal, I am thinking of buying the GTX 760 MSI Twin Frozr Gaming OC, but I do not know if I should wait for price drop or a new GTX GPU to come out. And also will my i7-3770 cpu bottleneck a GTX 760 MSI Twin Frozr Gaming OC? Oh, and is this PSU good enough?

No bottleneck, GTX 760 good lower high end card and I'd buy now as if you wait on new parts you wait forever and there's no specified release on a replacement for these cards.

PSU is fine as rosewill usually make sh*t PSU's but the hive ones are good so will be fine.

Brief but that's basically all you need to know.

No the 3770 will not bottleneck even in the slightest on any GPU on the market or to come in the future. The 760's are still great cards at a good price. I'm buying one in the next few days for my wifes gaming PC. This is up to you if you wish to wait or buy now. Either way you will be just fine.
