Please help:

I've already followed this link's steps:

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/335272-31-troubleshooting-beep-post-display

Even in breadboard state, I am getting no POST beep. I get no display or BIOS splash screen. I have returned/ replaced the memory card, and the PSU.

My case has the 'mounds' for standoffs.

I ensured there was no possibility of static discharge, but I live in a humid climate area anyways.

I've reset the battery/CMOS many times.

CPU is connected to power supply. The pins holding the CPU does not seem bent or damaged. So is the motherboard. Memory card has been firmly in place and tested on all slots.

Upon turning on, there is just silence. I do get the three quick beep continuous loop when the memory card is in, with it out it does the 3 beep loop.

I had thought my GPU was bad; and it also might well be, because I've tried testing it on another motherboard/CPU. Irrelevant anyways, since I cannot even get into the BIOS via on-board graphics. I have also tested in both the VGA and HDMI ports of the motherboard and GPU.

My parts ARE compatible. This is basically my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/30mH7

Since both the old and new memory card don't seem to change things, I assume it is highly unlikely I got two faulty new RAM cards in a row, let alone one.

Same goes for the PSU.
Both the old and new PSU can pass the paperclip test and get the fans/LEDs running.

Should I RMA/return the motherboard or get a different one, assuming it is faulty? (Ordered replacement already, but still have the old motherboard (same for PSU) )

I've RMAed/returned the GPU, the PSU, the RAM, and now the Motherboard(I have not got replacement yet). I'm getting a little tired of this and it's incurring some expenses and time (1-2 weeks since I got all parts).

Any suggestions/constructive input/opinions would be appreciated.
