1st off this is on a Gateway MD2614u laptop os Win7 home 32bit. I just did a partition wipe and reinstalled Win7 and everything new from the backups because the hard drive was getting full of garbage and dragging windows overall speed down to a crawl. After reinstalling Firefox and the bookmarks everything was fine for a week. Now I have the unwanted popups and redirects to new webpages back again. Also in text some words are dbl underlined and a different color . When I run the cursor arrow over the underlined, dif color word an advertisement box opens up for something totally different then the web site i am on. If I click on that word a new tab will open. Also when I change pages on a web site a new tab will open. and I get tabs popping in from the right side with advertisements that have nothing to do with what I am doing. I also tried Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Google Crome. The other 3 browsers do not have of this problems. I am running the free verison of ZoneAlarm right now. The only difference between the free verison and the payed verison is in the free verison you can't change any port of the settings in the firewall. Other then that ZA is fully fuctional. This problem with Firefox has me over a barrel.
