For 50 USD you won't get a quality PSU. I'd recommend increase your budget a bit and get this 80+ gold certified PSU. newegg is giving huge 25 USD rebate on this one:

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-tp650c

However if you are not from US then the price will vary. In that case you please mention your budget in your local currency and give us the name of a website from your region.. we may find you a good deal from there.

That's a pretty crap PSU. I'd recommend not to buy that unless you want to fry your system. There are plenty of reviews about that PSU saying how it caught fire and destroyed the whole system.

Get either
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9
or
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-s12ii520bronze

http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-s12ii-520-watts-psu/p/itmd5xz5hzvzt9cx?pid=PSUD5XZ4KFH65H9E&srno=b_1&ref=d28ef11a-4901-4244-bc89-d9fe067f2a20

Its also very close to your 5000 INR budget.
