What is a good motherboard for overclocking the 8320?

I would prefer it to have a good price, but be good quality at the same time.
I prefer msi, gigabyte and asus boards, but others are welcome.
If possible, it should match my other red/black build.

Solution
shouldn't be a problem, and if it were, most people would avoid them, and that isn't the case. the Extreme boards by ASRock are great choices and are as strong as other motherboards, they all have similar strength.
You made the choice easy for me, the board is made by ASRock but don't be fooled, they are very good boards for the price and are exceptional performers for the price, and are high quality + Great OC capabilities as it is part of ASRock's Fatil1ty gaming series boards. MSI and AMD 8 core CPU don't mix, as their VRM's are not good with those processors.

I would get this and as a bonus it's Black/Red like you wanted;

ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer

It also uses the 990FX chipset, to get best performance from your CPU and overclocking capabilities from it also. Since you want to OC, the 990FX chipset is what you want and not the 970 or worse.

they are all of similar thickness, that motherboard can take a big CPU cooler, don't worry about that. That won't be a problem.

Edit; I know a total of 4 people with ASRock boards, and not one of them has a problem with large CPU coolers. The largest of which is a FRIO Extreme, which is a monster of a CPU cooler.

How about the extreme 3?
