Hey guys I usually play online games like Neverwinter, Aion, Tera, Rift etc..

Since some months ago, I was experiencing alot of FPS drop until now..

Normally, I would have 60+ FPS stable, but now I am experiencing around 30-40 FPS and it feels even worse

Even reducing the quality ingame won't help, and with the FPS as mentioned above has been played with highest quality as possible.

I've tried everything, defragging, cleaning my pc alot, scanned my pc for virus etc, still no luck.
The PC I am playing with is Asus G75VW, it's a gaming laptop..

It's happening in every game I play, even worse FPS in games like Skyrim, Farcry, CoD, Battlefield etc

Also, first time I got my PC I used to have like 60-100 FPS in online games.

My System Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7-3610QM 2.30GHz
Ram: 8GB
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 670M 3GB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

My PC is also pretty good.. Some help please?

Well, while I checked my CPU temp, it was being stressed with a game. I had programs running like Razer Synapse, WTFast, Tuneup Utilities, MSI Afterburner (which is a screen recorder) and Chrome etc. Yes, it's also running with a laptop.

Now, GPU temp goes up to 94 while I am playing my game. I tried to open my laptop, and use an airduster to blow away the dust. My fan had ALOT of dust in it, so I removed alot of dust there. It did help my FPS a bit, but when I played for longer, it got even worse again. So I am still suffering with this lag.. My GPU temp always goes up to 90C - 94C While I play the game for some minutes. Is this very high or bad?

That is very hot, yes. I would guess that it is throttling power when it gets that hot and this is why your game performance suffers. Laptops with high end hardware are notorious for overheating and having stability issues. 4 years ago I had an Alienware that would never run within the correct temps. I gave up on performance laptops.
