How do I get rid of a SSD's garbage when I move it from Vista to Windows 7?

  2. But the drive will still be full of data. Which, iirc, is the definition of "garbage".
    Only doing a quick format doesn't delete the data on the drive, merely marks the clusters as ready for use.
