It supports SLI,please read again,it said ready for SLI N CROSSFIRE.....and its cheaper than z87x...

x16x4 is not true xfire and doesn't support sli.
2 way is the operative word when it comes to crossfire and sli

Also it would be a very bad idea to overclock a k cpu on a that board since it's power design(4 Digital CPU VRM phase)won't handle it as well as the GA-Z87X-D3H 8+2 digital design.
