I need a new computer for video editing, word processing, web browsing, and for some games such as TF2, Portal 1 and 2, Sonic generations, and Skyrim. I overall just want a pc that doesn't have lag with everything. I figure this apu will fill my needs. Can someone please put together a high quality build with 8gb of RAM for me? I don't have a monitor yet, but I'll be buying one later. I'll only be using one monitor. I also have the OS, keyboard, headset, and mouse covered. My budget is $400-537. Just a little over the budget is ok, but not more than $20. Please try to keep this closer to $450 if you can though.

Thanks! I added a dvd drive and wifi adapter and it came right into my price range. I also changed out the motherboard for a cheaper one.
