I am intend to get 770 and decide using 660ti for the physic. I mean 770 for rendering things and 660ti for physical things. Is it make the game run faster and improve the fps? Or when the game is running, only one card is using? How is it different from the Sli settings?
And is it okay if I build one for physic and one for rendering?

I would advise you to sell the 660ti and use that money for a single 770. The 770 alone can run games on ultra while handling its own physx. For instance, it would play Borderlands 2 (a very heavy physx game) on full ultra while still being able to max out the Physx settings.
Might make smoother game play on some games, but you are better off with SLI. I ran a few tests with different cards paired with my 670, and a dedicated PhysX card made very little difference.

In most cases, it actually reduced performance in PhysX benchmarks, because the primary card was faster.
