Best Mobo/GPU/CPU Combo on a budget?

Hey guys, I'm going to come out and say it right here. I'm 14. Bear in mind, I turn 15 in 4 days, but still, I'm a youngin'. So money for me is very tight. I have budgeted out myself a little, but I don't know how to maximize it.

I already have a 430w PSU, and HDD with win7 on it, so that part is covered. I have my case picked out, check it out here.

For ram I'm getting 2x4GB of Kingston HpyerX.

I am going to skip out on an optical drive for now, because I haven't used mine in probably a year and a half, and I need to save money
So now, all I need is the important stuff, Motherboard, CPU, GPU.

My original Plan was an A8 6600k Which is CPU and GPU. At first I was skeptical of integrated, and I still am. It seems it gets very mixed reviews on the internet. And for a mobo I was going to get http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132055 if you care.

But now, after looking, I was wondering if I can, for a little more money, get a CPU and dedicated GPU, instead of AMD's "APU". This way it's more common, and it will run better aswell.

So what GPU, CPU, and Mobo would you guys recommend for under $250? This is going to be for gaming
If you could give me some basic benchmarks for what this will run X game on Y settings at Z FPS, I would love it

Sorry to bring it to you, but you will need to reinstall the Windows. Any time you change motherboard, you need a fresh Windows install. It is just how it goes. Anyway, this is your best option:

Oh, sorry, my bad. I don't suppose you could give me a basic benchmark for what that build would be able to pump out in game? Can I run BF4 on low? DayZ on med? Any ideas?

The X4 750K is the best gaming processor for the price, and can be overclocked, too.

I was actually looking at the 750k! I like this option. Does this put my GPU on the same level as my CPU? And how capable is that mobo?

The FM2 socket is outdated compared to H81. On H81, you can upgrade later, while on an FM2 you are stuck with a 750k. The 750k is not that better than the Pentium G altogether. 10%-15% performance for more than 20% price. I used a Pentium G840 before I went 2700k and the Pentium was doing great. The G3220 enjoys the Haswell IPC increase along a 200 MHz bump, so it will be even better then the Pentium I had to deal with. In the end - you get what you pay for and I am not willing to pay for a dirt cheap FM2 motherboard.

pcpartpicker says

Potential Issues/Incompatibilities
ASRock H81M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard and AMD Athlon X4 750K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor are not compatible.

So the 750k doesn't work with the more expensive mobo you posted?
So you would suggest more expensive mobo+cheaper CPU?

Also, how much does the mobo really effect it? I KNOW cpu effects it alot, so I personally fee like that is a wiser investment

a good FM2 motherboard price is more then $100. than you will be out bugdet. that Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-HD2 Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard is not that bad. but the A75/A85 chipset is more better than A55 chipset. be sure that the motherboard have all solid capasitor.
