I've got maxell 4.7gb DVD- R discs 1 - 16x speed. On making the 1st recovery disc it wizzes on for about 10 mins filling up about 1 fifth of the gauge then gives up & says my disc is dirty...I've got unused discs, freshly opened.. Not a speck on them... I've checked the disc drawer, all ok...Any ideas?...error code is 0E01B5-26-2A030C00

its just a bad disc.they make great drink coasters.unless all your discs are doing it,in which case id be looking at a dirty laser or a burner on its way out.you could also try slowing down the burn speed to half of the max speed listed on the disc.
