I was monitor the temps on my computer and I did a burn test with LinX and saw that the temps are reaching 90c, I just replaced the thermal paste and that did nothing. There is connecter on the waterblock that is not plugged in, its hooked up to the waterblock and I have no clue where it goes. Anyone know the problem? the voltages hit 1.219 at max

Well I would plug those in before you run your i5 into the dirt. The H80i has one mini USB plugin on the left side of the water block which is supposed to connect to a USB header on the board. The other plugin, on the top side, is a cable with two fan headers, which both radiator fans should be plugged in to. There could be (depending on your configuration) one port on the right side of the top side of the block which may be unhooked. Finally, the only non-removable wire on the top side of the block goes to a CPUFAN header on the board somewhere.

As long as you got water moving through the loop, and both fans are spinning, you shouldn't have any problems. Hope this helps.
