Hi there!

Since you are new to the world of overclocking it would be worth your while to Google as much as you can before embarking on your overclocking project. There are dozens and dozens of guides available but one particularly good one is this http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/41234-intel-haswell... with some well made and detailed videos. You should also read up on the i7 chip itself and a great review was done by this very site, found here http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/core-i7-4770k-haswe...

So go take a look at those, get yourself acquainted with the terminology and the technology, make lists of questions you need answered and see if you can find the answers to them for yourself. If there are any answers you really can't find, or you are struggling to find a way to ask a question, then the people here at Toms Hardware are awesome and there is almost always someone around to help.

Overclocking is one of those things that you can't really learn about just by having someone tell you, it is something you need to understand wholly and utterly for yourself. A kind of "learn by doing" sort of thing. Most importantly, take it slow. Rushing into overclocking without being sure of what you are doing can lead to things going very wrong.
