No you would not. Not without some modification of some sort anyway.
The h55 is for CPUs. You may be able to replace the water block to fit your GPU with one of these:

But I have no idea how you would fill up the h55 after.
You could use a res and pump combo if you really want water cooling though

the only problem with it is the vrm temperatures to the left of the fan and gpu on the card. There isnt anything cooling it but the temperatures arent going to damage the card unless you heavily overclock.
