Cheapest board for the fx 9370

Well, it is up to you, but what I am trying to say, is that since price may vary from a region to another, you can search yourself any board with a FX990 chipset that is cheaper. Glad to help you

This 220 watt cpu needs a board like the Sabertooth or you will end up with throttling issues at the least and fried vrm's more than likely. The Gigabyte UD3 won't cut it.

They're the same chip. The 9370 is just a factory overclocked 8350.

Why not just get a decent 990fx board, an 8350, an H100i, and overclock it like most people do? Its so simple.

Well you are thinking wrong. It is not better at all. It costs the same, if not more, as a Xeon 1230v3 and is slower.

So you want to pay more for inferior performance, then? That is a pretty silly idea. A 1230v3 and a less expensive Z87 board, just for SLI and CF, would cost less than a 9370 and a fully capable board. Nothing past an FX 8320 should be considered for an AMD rig.
