Alright, wither 150 euros I'd suggest you try to get a R9 270x. With a GCN GPU and your AMD processor you will get a larger performance boost with the Mantle API that works with Battlefield 4.
The R9 270x is also one of the best, if not THE best GPU within that price range.

If you cannot find a R9 270x then I would suggest looking for either a 7850, a 7870 or a Geforce GTX 650.

I play BF4 quite alot so some more frames there would be nice :)

That is a bit hard to say but 150 euros is kinda what i'm counting on having to pay but if neccesary i will go a bit higher.
