My GTX 660 ti is bottlenecking but I don't know by what since I have an i7-4770k. It never gets more than 20 fps in the lowest of them all, World of Warcraft. It stays around 12 in everything. Is there any other way to fix bottlenecking other than by just upgrading?

System:
i7-4770k @ 3.5
GTX 660 ti 3gb
16 gigs of Hyperx DDR-3
Evga 1000w 80 plus platinum
G1.Sniper 5 Intel z87

check all your hardware.
use cpu-z, gpu-z to make sure nothing is throttleing or wrongly setup.
check your temps:
use hw monitor, and real temp

update your drivers.

make sure your windows power management profile is set to max performance.

there is a known issue with wow and low fps but you should be getting more than 20 fps on other titles.
have you been playing with nvidia control panel?
if so reset it back to defaults. in fact do so regardless.
never run a game with more than x4 fsaa if your running at x8 then thats likely the root of your problem. simple errors like that can cripple performance.

Thank you, but what errors should I be looking for in cpu-z, gpu-z, and hw monitor?

make sure the cpu, gpu timings are correct and there set to the rite pci-e, with the right pci-e multi and cpu multiplier. check the ram to make sure its running at its best rated speed.
i think hyper x supports xmp, if your motherboard does as well it then use it.

temps for the gpu will range but you want it under 80'c at load and the vddc wants to be under 100'c, cpu anything under 70 at load is fine depending on cooler.

also forgot to mention that some builds with cards have issues with there factory oc's, some of which cause performance degradation. so try switching your gpu to the stock settings for the card beforit was factory oc'd(if yours is)
